Darrell Hon
Darrell Hon is an aspiring author of dark fantasy novels intended for adult readers. His fiction is uncompromising on stakes and consequences for his characters. In August of 2019, he began My Green Sun Prince Academia, smashing the mythos of Exalted into the world of My Hero Academia. To date, that singular fanfic grew to over 225,000 words and accumulated more kudos, comments, hits, and bookmarks on AO3 than any other Exalted fic so far. In his effort to teach himself how to write, he penned a story unlike anything anyone expected, including himself. Using lessons gained from writing more than 500,000 words of fanfiction, Darrell is presently drafting a manuscript that will become his first novel. He and his wife Candice have three dogs, Pepper, Sugar, and Divi, and a cat, Zia. They are rarely apart and prefer it that way. They excitedly expect to welcome their firstborn daughter into the world sometime in late June, 2024, and have only a vague idea how much their lives are about to turn upside down.
