2024 Conference Volunteer Application
Do you want to help behind the scenes with the 2024 WriteHive Conference? Awesome! Please fill out the form below and we’ll get back to you as quickly as we can.* We are currently seeking moderators, video editors, and transcription editors.

The official dates are June 7-9, 2024. Panels and presentations are often pre-recorded, so attendance the day of is not required, although recommended. Videos and podcasts used for the event will be later archived on our YouTube channel.
Panels are video recorded via Zoom. Use of a logo is accepted. Audio-only formats are also possible if preferred. Presentations and workshops can be via video, audio, or text formats.
